These Terms govern your use of the current ThumbTranslator pre-launch website. The website provides product information, an early-access sign-up, and a way to contact us.

The website does not currently provide thumbnail uploads, image translation, credits, paid plans, or purchases. Those features are planned for a future version. Product descriptions, previews, timelines, and pricing ideas may change and are not a promise that a feature will launch on a particular date or in a particular form.

Early Access and Communications

Joining the early-access list does not guarantee access, a launch date, a price, or continued availability. If you request product updates, we may email you about ThumbTranslator. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us.

When contacting us, you agree to provide information you are permitted to share and not to submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

Acceptable Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

interfere with the website or attempt to bypass its security measures;

Planned Product

Any future image-upload or translation service will be subject to updated product terms and privacy information before it is made publicly available. These Terms do not grant us a license to images because the current website does not accept images for translation.

The pre-launch website is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or remove website content while preparing the product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted access, completeness, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
